Liberia

Liberia - the oldest independent state in the Western Africa, formed in 1847 black migrants from the USA. The terrain of Liberia is drawn down on 500  the km along the Atlantic coast also occupies 111,4  thousand sq. km. An official language - English.

The assemblage of various hexapods dwells in woods of Liberia (from termites to a tse-tse fly), a dragon, monkeys. Water buffaloes live in savannah, antelopes, wild boars, leopards. Neritic waters are rich with fish.

The country Population (nearby 2,8  million persons) it is diverse on ethnic composition and switches on more than 20 nationalities. In the north there live the people of a language subgroup mande - kpelle, a breakage, mano, etc., in the south - nationalities of a Guinean subgroup (kru, grebo, malinke, the cock, gere). Offsprings of founders of Liberia - migrants from USA - now compound the USA less 1 %. The majority of the population adheres to traditional aboriginal convictions and a traditional life. Chief businesses - agriculture, cultivation and preparation of rubber, arbour fine woods, fishery. There is also an industry, in the core getting (iron ores). The Largest city - country Monrovia capital (nearby 200  thousand inhabitants), based in 1822. Other large city - Buchanan, large port and the centre of rubber plantations.
