Geography of Turkey
Turkey is had in Europe (a southeast part of Balkan peninsula) and Asia (peninsula Asia Minor). The Asian and European parts of the country are divided by sea of Marmara and straits Bosporus and Dardanelless.
The state Terrain is equal 779,4 thousand both sq. km, on its European part is necessary only 23,7 sq. km.
The country Bulk is flowed about by the seas: Black in the north, Marble both Egejsky in the west and Mediterranean in the south. In Europe Turkey has boundary lines of small extent with Bulgaria in the north, Greece in the west. In Asia the country bounds with Georgia and Armenia in Transcaucasia, on Iran and Iraq in the east and with Syria in mezhdureche the Tiger and Euphrates.
