Geography of Egypt

Egypt is in the northeast of Africa and on the Sinai Peninsula. In the northeast of Egypt passes Suez canal which has discovered direct road from Atlantic to Indian ocean. The country square - 1001  thousand sq. km.

On the square the delta of Nile almost twice exceeds delta of Volga.
