National features of Czechia

Czechia is inconceivable without traditional brewing. Hop in Czechia and Moravia cultivated in XI century. In the city of Plzen there is well-known factory Prazdroj which has grown from the brewer's factory builted in 1842. From fertile lands in Moravia gain the excellent malt barley used in brewing. Cellarages Prazdroja last on 9  km.

Czechs like music and still celebrate some traditional feasts. Till now have saved the careful attitude ê  to wedding theatrical representations with ceremonial dances.
