Climate of Austria

the Climate of Austria is diverse enough. On vile northeast and east suburbs of the country it moderately warm, and is enough heat for ripening in piedmonts of vineyards. Droughts here meet seldom. Upwards on a valley of Danube humidity raises, vineyards disappear, but also here still warmly enough and solnechno. With a raising in mounts the precipitation (to 2000 mm a year on the western slopes of the highest mounts) increases.

The Vegetation is divided into regions: wood (foliage forests, above conifers) and Alpine meadows. Perpetually snow above place. The fauna of wood region is similar with Central European. Alpine meadows and ranges of snow differ an originality of animal forms (the Alpine marmot badger, mountain goats and rams, golden eagles, etc.)

A Diversity of landscapes and rather high mid-annual temperatures (average temperature of January-1 - 4 °C, July - 15-18 °C) do travel across Austria attractive at any time year. With winter of tourists here involves possibility to be engaged in mountain skiing, and in the summer - mountaineering more often.
